we are acknowledging the legally unknown
for the land was never legally ceded
or given up to the Crown 
through some agreement or a treaty

And there are so many of us around
Some alive, some dead, some not born yet
Some born as unceded heirs, some in their debt
Somewhow, somehwere on this unceded planet.
